Measure yourself
Collar
Measure around the widest part of you neck. To ensure a comfortable fit, place two fingers between the tape measure and the neck when measuring.
Chest
Measure around the widest part of your chest (the tape measure should be parallel to the floor; make sure it isn’t crooked when measuring).
Abdomen
Measure the widest part around your stomach.
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the peak of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam will be) down towards the outer side of your elbow, and down to the wrist bone, or wherever you would like the cuff to sit.
Shoulder
Where the shoulder meets the arm, there should be a seam on both sides of your shoulder. Measure from one shoulder to the other (with the measuring tape meeting the back of the collar) The measuring tape should form a subtle ‘^’ shape.
Bicep
Measure around the widest part of your upper arm.
Armhole
Run the measuring tape from the peak of your shoulder down to your armpit and back up and around to the original point. The tape should not restrict your arm movement.
Cuff
Measure around your left or right wrist and add 1-2″ depending on how much room you want (if you wear a watch on this side, you may want to add more room for the cuff to sit over the watch).
Shirt Length
Measure from where your collar and shoulder seam would meet straight down to where you would like your shirt to end.
