All orders and purchases made through this website or through our sales team are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice


You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, by advising in writing addressed to or by calling us at +613 9429 7617 and speaking to someone in our sales team. Please note, once a custom order is in process, cancellations cannot be made.


You agree that your access to, and use of, this website is subject to these terms and all applicable laws, and is at your own risk. This website and its contents are provided to you on “as is” basis, the website may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies and may not be complete and current.

Neither The Suit Concierge, nor its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns will be liable for any damages arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of this website and any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may undergo, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.


Unless otherwise indicated, all materials on this website, and the website itself, are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights. These materials are owned by The Suit Concierge. Except for the purpose of a bona-fide use of this site or as otherwise permitted by the Copyright Act 1968, this site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Any other use of material on this website, including reproduction for purpose other than your personal non-commercial use, modification, distribution or republication, without the prior express written permission of The Suit Concierge is strictly prohibited.

Shipping & Returns

The Suit Concierge ships to all major cities and provides FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders above $200. For orders under $200, there is a $30 flat rate shipping charge.

As all of our garments are made from scratch, orders will arrive approximately 3-4 weeks from when the order is placed and confirmed. If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us and we will determine whether we are able to work within the timeframe you have.


Tailored garments are based on the client’s design requirements and measurements and therefore we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind. We do however, stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our garments, and will work with you to correct any alterations required or faults in the garment(s).

The Suit Concierge is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors, database members and clients. All Payments are protected by an industry standard Security (SSL) encryption to ensure your details remain safe at all times.

We collect personal information to allow us to manage and fulfill any orders you place with us as well as to notify you of special events, promotions and offers that may be of interest to you. We respect the importance of privacy and will not disclose any information about our clients to third parties unless it is required - e.g. arranging for your garment(s) to be sent to you by an external courier service.

Track Package
